Medule

Medule is an online scheduling application for medical professionals, especially for teaching hospitals, that not only makes it easy to create duty rosters, but also easily schedule education and internships.In addition to a clear schedule with daily totals, shift lists, weekly overviews, schedule requests (with feedback via email and/or push notifications), Medule offers a practical agenda for planning education/presentations and meetings, in which speakers can be assigned based on their availability (roster /stage) and how many times they have already had their turn. Medule also offers a clear internship schedule/planning board that shows exactly which physician assistant (or staff member) occupies which internship or activity during each period and, moreover, clearly displays the internship occupation time in accordance with the new national training requirements.The Android app is an identical representation of the web application (optimized for smaller screens) with the full functionality of the web application. Features include:• Interactive dashboard with own timetable, weekly overview, upcoming presentations (speaker), daily shift list, timetable requests, to-dos, training schedule and other tools or useful links (as desired).• Clear schedule with occupancy totals based on minimum occupancy that can be adjusted per weekday/weekend day/holiday (alarm in case of understaffing), overview of schedule requests (with impact on existing schedule), recurring scheduling and other useful tools for quick and easy scheduling.• Fully-fledged agenda with a recognizable layout, with speaker planning if desired (based on availability and how long ago someone gave a talk) and video conferencing integration.• Clear internship planning including internship occupation per internship and effective internship time in accordance with national training requirements.• Extensive management module in which everything, absolutely everything, can be arranged according to your own wishes and insight, from accounts and roles to activities, calendars and internships.• Link with Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or other calendars that support iCal files.• Link with consultation hours or operating room occupancy in HiX* (subject to the provision of HL7 feed by the client).
